Avoca is recruiting for a highly talented Women’s Wear Fashion Designer to join its team. At least 3 years of proven professional women’s wear design experience is essential. A thorough understanding of the design style and aesthetic of Avoca is a must. The ideal candidate will have a lifelong love of fabric and will be able to bring their own creativity to the team without compromising the unique aesthetic of the brand. In addition to design, the role also involves fabric sourcing, specs, fit sessions and liasing with suppliers and agents. The design job may extend into other product lines such as homewares / acessories, depending on ability.
