We are renting a large Studio Space to 1 sculptor who wishes to produce, exhibit, and sell their work on a daily basis at our busy Gallery. Because we have a steady footfall, the sculptor will interact with the public while working on a piece. This will help the artist gain recognition as well as increase sales and commissions.
