Graffiti wishes to recruit a General Manager to lead and manage the operations, financial planning, governance, and HR functions of Graffiti.  Reporting to and supporting the Director, the General Manager will be a key member of Graffiti's senior team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines excellent organisational, planning and financial skills with an ability to manage and collaborate.  In addition to the overseeing the on-going operations, the General Manager will play an important role in delivering its current strategic plan which runs from 2018 to 2020.  While experience of the arts or cultural sector is desirable, it is a role where a person with the right skills, experience and engagement with the mission could transition from another sector.

KEY JOB PURPOSE

To lead and manage the planning and delivery of the day-to-day operations, the related financial planning, governance and HR activity.  To manage and develop the team of full and part time staff.  To support the Director and deliver projects as part of the strategic development of Graffiti Theatre Company.
