Curated Place are looking for a new Senior Creative Producer to join our team leading on the development and delivery of the 2021 Púca Festival alongside supporting our national and international projects. We encourage remote working however, this job requires the Senior Producer to be based in Ireland and is familiar with the Irish arts and events sector.
In 2019 Curated Place delivered a spectacular event that made a step-change in concept and delivery to Halloween celebrations along the Boyne Valley. Programming live music, performance, projection, parades and installations across the three towns of Drogheda, Trim and Athboy it created a new destination cultural tourism spectacular of food, folklore, flame and fun. Púca 2019 combined the best of the old with a celebration that was truly new, taking the deeply rooted and authentic experience of Samhain in Ireland’s Ancient East to new International audiences. In 2019 Curated Place managed the development of 10 light and laser installations across the heritage sites of Trim and Drogheda, 3 fire installations, aerial & storytelling performances, 2 processions, and a music programme, featuring Kormac and the Irish Chamber Orchestra, Æ Mak, Just Mustard, Pillow Queens, Jerry Fish, David Keenan, Sive, Lisa O’Neill amongst others.
The Senior producer will work closely with Curated Place and Fáilte Ireland to create, manage, deliver and review the festival that celebrates the origins of Halloween from 29th-31st October 2021. Your job will be to deliver a high quality destination experience that appeals to both families and tourists that draws on the authentic stories fo Halloween’s Origins whilst promoting the existing cultural assets and talents of the region working closely with our existing programming marketing and production teams.
